Reserved Grooming Terms and Conditions

There will be 50 spaces with dedicated electric power and 50 spaces with shared electric power available.

4 or more dogs with shared power $40 limited to 50, all will be in Hall 1 (behind rings 1 and 8).

6 or more dogs with dedicated power ( no Xpen space) $100 Drive in by appointment only.

6 or more dogs with dedicated drop and Xpen space $125, See rules below:

  • Space will be based on the number of dogs. Please give us the number of feet you feel is needed, we will try to accommodate. Stacking of crates will be required.
  • Xpen space must be in your assigned feet of space, the number of Xpens will be determined by the show committee.
  • Plastic is required under and around Xpens.
  • Xpen Space must be kept clean every day throughout the show. Shavings must be kept swept up around grooming space.
  • You MUST use your own trash bag for all Xpen clean up. This trash bag MUST be disposed of in the OUTSIDE dumpster,
    DO NOT USE INSIDE TRASH BARRELS
    (Club provided or Convention Center provided).
  • At end of show BREAK DOWN, you are responsible to dispose of all Xpen trash, including all plastic, all shavings, and your trash bag, all of this
    MUST BE DISPOSED IN OUTSIDE DUMPSTER.  DO NOT USE ANY OF THE INSIDE TRASH BARRELS.

ANYONE NOT FOLLOWING THESE RULES WILL HAVE A BENCH HEARING on the listed occupant assigned to the space.

One 2nd Power Drop may be added to Reserved Grooming with dedicated power for $75.

The location of all reserved space will be assigned by the cluster based on breed, crate size, number of dogs and specialty/supported entry.

All reserved grooming must follow the fire marshal requirements, use power strip provided and no additional strips.  All must have UL approved, 3 prong.

All reserved grooming opens at Noon on May 31st  and closes at Noon on July 12, or when all spaces are filled.

If all spaces for each type of reserved grooming are filled, waiting lists will be started.

No refunds after July 12.

If you share space with another individual, the person's name on it is priority, conflicts are your responsibility, but if we must intervene, only 1 name will hold the spot.

All reservations are for 4 days, no partial reservations are accepted.  Your space is guaranteed reserved for the entire weekend.  However, it you have not occupied it, haven’t notified us, or have not had a representative occupying it by Friday at 5 PM, then the space will be released to the general exhibitors.  Sorry, but we can’t let a space that large remain empty for the entire weekend.
